I met Dr. Monty for the first time at Vision Mart for an appointment. The experience was great. 5/5. No complaints. He was very thorough with my exam. Acted very professional and knowledgeable. I would go back again. I thought the front desk staff could use a little work though. Definitely need some receptionist training and organizational skill training. Their work system showed to be very disorganized, sloppy, confusing, especially to them. They were very forgetful and all over the place. Papers messed up in piles everywhere… nobody knew what was aware and people were getting mixed up. Honestly, probably one of the worst receptionist experiences I’ve ever witnessed; unfortunately, because the doctor is great.
