We did not have patient doctor interactions at all. Came to room, sat on his chair facing the PC. Did not want to talk to me. Then asked to place my face in front of the instrument to do the measurements (did not take more than 5 min.). He faced away during his goodbye announcement. Had to have a second visit, because first prescription was too strong. He did not smile and did not ask me the reason why I was not comfortable with the glasses. His approach was the same as the first visit I had with him. My final visit with him was a couple of weeks later at the pick up time. Saw him passing by the front desk and did not respond to my "hello Dr. Cargo".
