Patient Reviews
Feb 12, 2026
I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received from Dr. William. His demeanor was unprofessional and aggressive from the moment he entered the room, making it nearly impossible to have a constructive conversation about my care. As a patient dealing with significant pain and facing major surgery, I expected a level of empathy and professionalism that was completely absent. I strongly suggest those seeking pain management look for a provider who prioritizes patient respect.

man was very rude and when confronted with his mannerism, he became belligerent and walked out of the room saying "here is the door". We left in shock and disbelief. Never been treated like this before and by a physician.

I had a spinal block procedure at Seton Hospital and asked about numbing the area prior to inserting needles into my spine. He was very dismissive and we proceeded without numbing. The procedure was extremely painful and later that day I found out that numbing is the standard of care that a competent doctor would use.
