when I came in with an ankle injury and was treated by Josh and Mackenzie they were amazing to work with and helped recover my ankle to where it was before the injury. they create an amazing environment where you will be challenged every session in order to heal the injured joint. they are very clear with the recovery plan and will be very clear on what needs to be done when to rest and when to exercise, they will explain each exercise, how you should feel while doing it, correct your form and explain when to stop an exercise.
