Dr. Julie Adams is very experienced in Therapy. The issue I had was that I had both OCD and General Anxiety. Dr. Julie has been helping me to identify them seperately and use appropriate tools for each seperately. The issue I had with my previous therapists was that they didn't understand OCD and asked me to use tools for General Anxiety that didn't help my OCD
