Really good experience. Adjusted and fine tuned my wife’s hearing aids.She complained they were too loud, so I called and left a message. My call was returned immediately and was scheduled for appointment the next day for re tuning. He explained exactly what he was doing and gave excellent advice on care and maintenance. Definitely customer oriented.
