She is very proficient. Her exam rooms are set up with a table and chairs instead of a bed, which immediately makes it more comfortable. She is knowledgeable about conditions and current treatments and has a plan in advance of what she wants to try if a treatment doesn't work. She gave me samples of a really expensive medication, which I really appreciated. She has a great bedside manner and takes the time to answer all of my questions without a hint of impatience.
