I went to Kara Gilmer for a neurological condition. She casually suggested a name for my condition without taking the time to (in my view) investigate or learn about the particulars. At my next visit she expressed irritation because I would not agree to possible $1200 in fees for what I'd been told would be an $80 test. I did not find her helpful and would not recommend her.
