I scheduled this visit over a month ago. I signed in , filled out payment information, etc. and then waited for 25 minutes. Karen was a no show. I looked up her number and got an answering service. I asked him to cancel the appointment because of no show. The whole experience was so depressing. This is a horrible way to treat people who are reaching out for help with their mental health. Please do not use this therapist.
