Karen worked with me for two months to help me deal with some deficits incurred after a tracheostomy. While certain physical issues resulting from surgical procedures could not be corrected, she taught me several techniques which aided in improving my voice quality. She is patient, kind, understanding, and non-judgmental. Her pleasant personality immediately put me at ease. Karen LISTENS and you can just feel that she cares, qualities that help to make a great training coach. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional, quality instruction with a personal touch.
