She seems to really listen & understands me, I'm super pale, she said there pale, then there's I need help pale from dealing with pain too long, she said I look like I'm that pale and ordered Tina of test so we can try to get me the help I need. Thank You so much.

Stay away from this pain clinic! I went in for my monthly appointment & Sean the medical assistant told me right off that I had to do a urine sample, I became confused since I did one last month and asked him why? In the past when I have been asked to do one they have me do it at the end of my appointment before I leave. Anyway, Sean was very rude to me & in my face telling me if I want to be seen I had to do the urine sample first prior to being seen. I asked if I could speak to Karla the new Nurse Practitioner I was seeing after the two doctors that I had seen in the practice in the last 12 months left. She was the only one left. I was denied access to speaking with her to try to understand why I was having another urine test. Again Sean raised his voice & eye brows and told me to either take the urine test or leave the clinic! I felt I was be bullied, I was absolutely treated with NO respect or kindness! When this office entered my wrong birthday on a June urine test they told me the lab lost it to cover up their mistake! Their mistake cost me over $335 dollars in urine tests since I had to redo the urine test again in July! Our insurance doesn’t pay well on these so they are out of pocket for us! So I just finished paying those tests off. After I pee’d, Karla the NP, came in and told me the last urine test didn’t show any of my medication in my system. I was shocked & surprised! Still not sure how this could have happened. She just assumed the worst in me that I was selling the drugs! Instead of saying let’s run that again, maybe there was an issue with the lab, because clearly it was on my face the shock! An hour after I left the office I was called & told I was being discharged from the clinic for MY rudeness & hostile behavior when all I was doing was asking questions as to why I had to do it again. I was not rude nor hostile but advocating for myself and not wanting to run up ridicules medical bills without knowing why. I picked up my medical records and shocked to read how Karla the PA documented my appointment. Her written statement in my medical records was a defamation of my character. I’ve seen many pain doctors over the last 15 years and I have never had a problem or issue with any of them! Her written word could damage my reputation as a patient within the medical community. In her notes she called me hostile! Their billing department also did not keep clear records of my payments, resulting in many calls and emails showing proof of payments. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE, KARLA & SEAN!
