Kate: Failed to introduce herself at first contact. Did not test for close vision or prism until I insisted. Told me I needed cataract surgery, which is the prerogative of the ophthalmologist, not hers. Unconcerned about my concerns. Has an "I told you so" attitude. Needs to improve people skills. I do not recommend this optometrist.
