Needed PT after shoulder surgery and went to Mrs. Brooks. Long story short, she didn't correct my posture while conducting wall crawls with my shoulder and constantly demanded I put my shoulder blades together and down even when they were fully in that position; this caused me to over tax them while conducting the exercises. Final result: 6 months and counting of severe thoracic muscle spasms at T8,9,10. In pain mngt now! I left her practice after six weeks. Recommend to find other PT.
