Difficult communicator. Stood over you with a clipboard in a audiology box. When working with Veterans, this is not a comfortable way to conduct an exam. Ridgid personality, no bed side manner. Seemed young and unfamiliar with veteran needs, and hearing issues. I have been seeing professional ear docs for years, and never felt this way in their office. I would never go there again, and left a review with the VA.

Poor handling of a veteran with hearing issues. Testing was applied with arrogance and poor attention to pain levels experience by the patient.
