After my appoinment was changed internally from what i had scheduled on the application I found her on, I get to the office for my appointment, fill out the new patient paperwork; they take me into the testing room only for someone to come in and tell me that they will not service me due to my service dog. I explain that they can not deny me service, as he is Certified, for that reason and I am told they can refuse service to anyone and that it was a "safety concern". My dog is a certified service animal with impeccable manners and a VERY friendly disposition no matter where we are. He is clean and well groomed. These are the only reasons that leaglly they can deny service to someone with a certified service animal. This doctor was never in the same room with me and my dog so she had no idea on his manners or grooming.
