Knowledgeable doctor, unhealthy workplace and office. The lead naturopath, Dr. Keivan Jinnah, is also the owner of the clinic. There has been consistent issues keeping a receptionist at the front desk due to his toxic behavior. Dr. Jinnah screamed and swore excessively at his receptionist over the phone. I could hear it from the opposite end of the office. In the past when upset, he would slam his fist on the front desk. He does not communicate with his team. He unleashes this behavior when he is alone with the receptionist so the other doctors are unaware. For a natural health clinic, it is shocking that he treats his employees this way. I don't feel comfortable seeing a doctor like this.
