On the intro call she said 'We'll know in 3 months if I can help you.' 'Wish I'd noted her passivity sooner. After the in-take, she ordered a fortune in irrelevant labs we hadn't discussed and failed to order the labs necessary labs we had. The labs she ordered were so generic I thought she'd mistaken me for somebody else. It took her 3 wks to respond to my questioning this. At in-take, she had been in so much pain she had difficulty standing and her father had just died. But she said she would respond to emails. She insisted that she had been paying attention just fine. That's not what I experienced. I knew in 3 weeks--not 3 months--that she couldn't help me. I asked for a partial refund, paying her for her in-take time. She refused, even though the first large payment included some of her time spent down the line. BTW, from the lobby, you can hear every word said in the consult room.
