Kelsey helped me make so much progress in just a few months. I was struggling with a recent breakup that brought up a bunch of unresolved interpersonal issues from my childhood and was affecting my sleep, gastro health, and mood. She checked in often on my treatment goals, and I thought she was the perfect balance of empathetic and challenging. We mostly used talk therapy and EMDR. I rewired many of my unhealthy thought patterns and gained new coping skills. We ended treatment because I left Hawai?i, but I would have continued seeing her if not. Very grateful for the experience.
