My first visit I waited over an hour and a half to be seen and when Ken finally came into the room he told me the visit had to be quick he had a meeting in 15 mins. We went through my history, which he paid zero attention to because he was asking me questions I had literally answers seconds before. He ordered a number of labs which other physicians had already run and he had the results to, but failed to actually look at although they were sent weeks prior. My second visit, which was 4 weeks later, I was taken into the room on time, waited about 20 mins to see him. He reasked all of the same questions from the first visit, as if he had never met me. Went through my blood work results in rapid speed and started throwing out meds and supplements to take. He went through everything extremely fast and wasn't a big fan of being asked questions. The after visit notes I was given didn't fully document the scripts or supplements I was to start and had the incorrect name for one of them. Given all of the positive reviews I'm staying hopefully Ken knows what he's doing, but if I wasn't referred to him by a trusted source I would never go back.
