Doctor Skale is a wonderful doctor. I have complex trauma with PTSD and have been able to feel completely nurtured and safe in his practice. He asks the hard questions and makes you have introspection. If you are not ready for this, or finding out the hard things about yourself, then you may not mesh. You will have to do the work.
