Dr. Folly was on duty at Skagit Valley Hospital ER when I brought in by ambulance and he was the attending physician. He gave direction to each of his staff members to help me with xrays, vitals, meds. Very professional. I had torn all 4 quadricep muscles out of my right knee and were balled up in my thigh. The next day he preformed the surgery and gave me guidance on the recovery. 6 days after surgery I was in a walker and 6 weeks later walking eith the brace and a cane and am now off the brace and doing well in PT. If you need it done right the 1st time, Dr. Foley and his Team are exactly who you need!
