He seemed like he would be good at counselling but his administrative work makes this unacceptable. We were told that we would meet at the same time on Mondays every week. My partner wasn't able to meet next Monday due to a trip so Kim had said he might be able to do Wednesday that week and would let us know otherwise we would just skip that week and go back to meeting Monday at 10. I tried to call him multiple times since our first session to see if he was able to reschedule us. No response. So we went to our regular appointment time on Monday and waiting for him. We could see his car at the building and I tried calling him multiple times to let him know we were outside but he never responded and after 20 minutes we got fed up and left. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a therapist so I would caution anyone considering him for couples therapy unless your issues and time are not that important.
