Kim does not listen to patients with actual issues. She will diagnose without testing anything, imply it’s all in your head. Will blame lab results on your period when it doesn’t impact unless drawn during. She won’t refer/guide you to anyone for help, you are on your own. Office will not answer questions either and prolong messages for days on purpose. This was the most traumatic experience for me and don’t wish this on anyone.
