"Dr" Kipp had dis mind made up before even entering the win room. I am suffering from a life threatening condition, in which time is it the essence. I asked to be pointed in the direction of someone it somewhere to help, and he told me he could not help... As a single father, full time student, and part time employee, I am sitting here, writing this, waiting to die... I think the illness will take about 48 hrs before a seizure or stroke occur... I write this not out of hate or spite... I write this in the hopes that someone will hold physicians accountable, and that someone reading this will go to a physician that will save their lives. PLEASE go to the Emergency Room before seeing this individual... It is a matter of life and death... I swear this on all I love.
