I dance 15 plus hours a week and was in a lot of pain recently to where I was having trouble walking. I had never been to a Chiropractor before but my mom suggested I go see hers. I was scared at first because I didn't know what to expect. Krista was so kind to me and she talked everything through with me so I could understand what she was going to do and why. She even gave me home activities to do so I could heal better and maybe even faster. I have gone a few more times since my injury and every time I leave feeling better and more knowledgeable about my body and how to keep it healthy and moving!
