I brought my daughter here looking for relief from periods and wanting to establish a good relationship for when she needs to have the dreaded physical exam. Kristen Robinson was absolutely horrible to not just me but my daughter. She was aggressive, unsympathetic, unhelpful and my daughter left feeling attacked. I have never walked out in the middle of an appointment but did this one. Even when she knew I would accept no medical advice from her she followed us out of the door still with harassing my daughter with questions. Kristen's actions at the appointment were absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never expect someone in the medical profession to act as unprofessional as she did towards me and my child.
