I am so sorry to do this but I really liked Dr Nelson. I was happy when I started seeing her at the beginning of 2023. Her bedside manner was caring and I liked how she explained medical stuff in lay mans terms. Unfortunately my joy was short lived because her billing is padded with unnecessary codes and additional services. I tried to give benefit of doubt and sought clarifications. However she has not responded to any in person or written requests, despite multiple in person visits, mail and certified letters. I have spent the better part of more than a year trying to resolve why I am being charged for services that were not rendered. Her billing department states that only doctors can change/alter codes for services but she has not responded to any of my requests. I hope this review helps other patients to look for her inflated billing and compels a response.
