I saw Kristina in an outpatient facility to get treatment for Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety and MDD. Kristina is hands down one of the best outpatient therapists. She is immensely kind, compassionate and she holds you accountable to meeting your goals. Mental health treatment can be quite difficult and draining at times, but Kristina was there for me through the thick and thin of it. She makes the environment therapeutic, but also enjoyable. She is very down to earth and really treats you like a human being. Even when I was scared to confide in her about things I was thinking, she always validated my feelings and reminded me that my behaviors and thoughts DIDNT make me any less of a person. Kristina is someone who I will always remember. I am very grateful for her.
