Went to Dr. Hong's Costco office when he was at Costco Enfield, and never went back to my Eye Dr. of 20 years. It seems that 95% of office visits are now done by 'TECHS" who after there 6 month's of school & 1500 hours of supervised training are equipped to preform ALL TESTING on your eyes. Not knocking these techs, but I want someone who went too Medical School to preform these tests, and that's why see Dr. Hong. My last Eye Dr. spent 3.5 minutes with me on my last visit, then rushed off for his next patient. Dr. Hong is a Throwback to a time when taking Pride in your work Mattered, and by him doing all the tests personally I was treated with the respect a patient should receive. Dr. Hong's may have a dry whit, but he takes his profession seriously and more importantly, is Very Smart. If you need to find out what's going wrong with your vision, or just need a regular checkup then Dr. Hong is the only person you should see in the Hartford/Springfield area.
