I was pretty skeptical about online counseling, but with my crazy schedule and kids, I decided to give it a shot to tackle my anxiety. I had tried other therapists with no luck at allbut the reviews convinced me to try this one. I had to join a wait list and do a short appointment first, but I’m so glad I did. Just that first meeting made a big difference.My anxiety started melting away after just a few things were said during that time. I feel like a brand new person.
