I've never been so confused after a DR visit, She was too familiar at the first visit and cursed multiple times in conversation, and the F bomb also. I was so offended, not very professional. Her staff person was so rude and snappy, I didn't feel comfortable there at all, there was a discussion about reduction in copays the first day, the assistant went back and asked the Dr. she returned and said she would be willing to reduce it to 10$ a visit. At checkout time after the first visit, I asked her if she wanted to collect the copay, she said it will be 40$ , I reminded her that she talked to the Dr, and she said 10$, her reaction was that she didnt know anything I was talking about, and said it would be 20 or 30 at least. Needless to say I didn't return, my edema can be managed at home. The most bizarre doctor visit I've ever had !
