She seemed at first like she was knowledgeable, but as a Physician’s Assistant I assumed I would have seen a doctor as well, but that never happened. She was the only one I met, and the only one who prescribed me medications. She sent me in for a battery of tests every time I had a reaction to a new med she would put me on, always convinced I had an issue instead of a reaction to the medication itself. I spent a lot of money with constant changes in medications. When I went in I was doing fine, by the time I left her, at the advice of even people she referred me to, I was in a large amount of debt and without essential medications I was taking before that worked quite well. Some meds she had me on were $500 a month. Started with a new doctor and was immediately put back on my medications and never had another issue. She inflates every side effect into a new medical condition and a need for more tests with Specialists. Never listened when you would tell her this started when we switched meds. Final straw was landing in the hospital and even when the Doctor at the hospital told her I needed to be put back on certain medications she refused. Glad I left, found a great doctor with who not only listened to me but got me stabilized and back in excellent health again! Would not recommend her to anyone under any circumstances. She certainly should have been supervised, not sure why she was not, seems dangerous for her to be treating people without supervision. Didn’t find out she was supposed to be until the cardiologist she sent me to inquired about her supervising Physician, and I told them she was the only one I saw, they said they would continue to treat me for my blood pressure until I could find a new doctor and advised me to please not return to her. Glad for their concern and counsel probably saved me a more serious outcome.
