My son is suffering from depression. My son felt she just wanted to hear herself talk. He felt unheard. She actually had the nerve to call me to say my son had an appointment the following week when I did not receive a text, email, or any confirmation for a future appointment. She actually said she was going to charge me for this imaginary appointment.
