LeAnn Bach was negligent in my fiance's care. Not once, on her own initiative, did she refer him to a specialist in spite of repeat visits for the same complaint over the course of a few months with no improvement regardless of treatment offered. In a related matter, she never addressed his complaint, which proved fundamental to a proper diagnosis. At one point she told him he wasn't running a fever, so he didn't have an infection. Not all infections result in fevers. He finally had to insist for a referral to a specialist who was also slower, but at least was able to find the source of his complaint: gastric cancer (with metastasis.) If she had followed proper standards of care commensurate with others at her professional level, his cancer more like than not would have been discovered before it became so advanced. His current oncologist estimates he has had this cancer for close to a year before being diagnosed. This is completely unacceptable.
