This lady Lesa was rude and condescending. I went to see her after being in the ER. I had a life threatening pulmonary embolism and was clueless what I should be doing to prevent it from getting worse and possibly dying. I was on vacation and couldn't get in to see a doctor so the staff at Georgia Mountains Health were able to get me an appointment with one of the NP's. When she walked in the room she mentioned clot(s), I said there is more than 1 clot? She put her hand up to block my mouth and said "stop asking questions or we'll never get out of here". She did this to me several times during visit. She couldn't explain why I was still having episodes of chest pressure and head and ear pain. She said "maybe its a tumor". I got no instructions on how to take car of my embolism. When I asked for a copy of my blood work from the hospital she told me to call the hospital and get my own copy. And there is so much more rudeness from here. Visit was a waste of time.
