Dr. Lily W. Bollinger was unprofessional and hostile from the start of my daughter's appointment at her Haddonfield, NJ practice.She aggressively berated my daughter and was outright rude to her mother during the session, creating a toxic environment that no patient should endure.The billing department wasted a full month sending me on a futile chase, only to admit it was their responsibility to handle insurance claims directly; they even demanded I obtain a script from the primary care provider, which is not standard protocol.We strongly advise against this provider—would not recommend to our worst enemy.
