Terrible bedside manner. Nurse Pio is arrogant, rude, and has poor listening skills. She treated me for a condition that did not fit my symptoms. She spoke down to me when I questioned the diagnosis. Further testing showed that I did not have what she insisted was the cause of my problems. Look elsewhere if you need a caring and competent urology nurse.
