She is very kind and understanding. She's not the type that will say just a few words, which I greatly appreciate. While she does encourage self progress, she still aids and gives you some guidance. She shows genuine respect, care, and concern. I feel very comfortable and relaxed in our sessions. After numerous therapists, I've finally found someone I connect with well. I definitely recommend seeing if she is a good fit for you.
