We had a terrible traumatic experience with Lindsay Storby! She had a very unfriendly “I’m running late” approach to the whole appointment!! Lindsay was not warm or gentle with my daughter at her follow up and pin removal yesterday! She had no reassuring words and didn’t seem to know how to talk to her? During pin removal my daughter was screaming stop and I asked her to stop but she just decided to get it done…….She was rough and yanking over and over again even though “it wasn’t supposed to hurt and be semi easy” clearly taking a breath or reassuring would have been nice! Numbing the area should be mandatory!! Something! It was insane! We wish to never see her again and hope to warn others!! Don’t take your kiddos to her!Why pediatrics?? Pick a different specialty with adults maybe!?
