Dr. Jackson is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and does amazing work with IFS (parts therapy) and EMDR. She helped me work through my childhood and adult trauma in less than 3 years. I am still seeing her once a month in case anything should come up. She is extremely effective at what she does. I highly recommend her to anyone dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression and any other mental health issues.
