She was very slow and talks excessively. She complained of her wrists and was unable to adjust me the way I needed to be adjusted. She seems very fearful. When I asked as a veteran needed my records for disability. It took months to finally receive them. Very weird and unfriendly. She definitely couldn’t adjust me the way I needed to be adjusted. A complete waste of my money! J.J.
