Lisa has been my therapist on and off for years. The tools she offers in the IFS modality really helped me understand the parts of myself that were stuck in trauma while other parts of myself were highly functional: there's room for the contradictory, there's room to be both adult and child, high acheiving but deeply insecure, and there are ways to integrate all of those parts to be more whole. Lisa can hold space for grief and for helping you develop your own self care.
