Liza Raymond, NP

I had been with a psychiatrist for almost 2 years, we had worked with my medications and got everything under control. She had to take an unexpected extended leave of absence and I was put with Liza Raymond. Our first meeting did not go well, she was very rude and condescending to me. We agreed that my medications were stable and things would remain the same. At the end of the appt she asked when I would like to follow up offering 6-8 weeks. I chose 8 weeks since my medications hadn’t changed and I knew they were good from the year or so I had been on them. When I requested a refill she didn’t call it in or send any response. I reached out twice more asking about the refill over the course of 4-5 days. Finally I called Lifestance to try to find out what was going on. They went back and forth with her and she said I had refused her 6 week recommendation so she would not be refilling my prescription(it was a 30 day script so even if there was a 6 week appt I would’ve ran out before the 6
