Today, February 17, 2023, I arrived at Dr. Williams office. I was very excited because I have been looking for an Optometrist for a while. When I arrived, I had to wait for someone to open the door (its cold outside). When the person answered the door, she said I needed a mask. She stated she told me that, but I didn't remember. So because I didn't have a mask, I was turned away. As a new patient, I was subjected to this because I didn't have a $1 mask, and this office lost hundreds of dollars over a $1 mask. It is good to know where your priorities are.
