Borderline rude, impatient and dismissive. I had to repeatedly request even a line of basic treatment from her. The provider seemed aggravated I didn't want to come into a hospital setting (despite being high risk for COVID and not having been vaccinated yet), which is why I opted to receive my healthcare via tele-health in the first place. An all-around poor performance.
