I started therapy as a child, kind of unwillingly, especially with the stigma of "people going to a shrink/therapist". Although I was holding in a lot of trauma, I didn't really take in the help that was being given to me. I put my social life before my mental health and eventually put my mental health on hold. Growing up, being surrounded by better people and environment, and understanding the value of taking time and care for yourself in therapy, I tried again and found Lynda Phillips off the internet. I was still a little guarded, I have had bad experiences with previous therapists. It was important this time to find the best-fitting therapist! I've been with her for about two years now and I absolutely adore her. Our sessions are always so calming and nurturing, and I don't feel like another "client" or "job" to her but more of a nurturing peer/role model. She goes above and beyond for me, so I can only imagine what impact she has on her other clients! I have recommended a fe
