I struggle with anxiety and OCD, and he has helped me tremendously—not only in managing my symptoms but also in trusting myself and feeling understood. He creates a space where I never feel judged or 'crazy,' but rather encouraged and empowered. I’m incredibly grateful that the Holy Spirit led me to him—he is, without a doubt, the best psychologist I will ever have. I wish I could gatekeep him but he’s too incredible not to share.
