Her office canceled 2 days in advance after I waited over a month for the appointment. I understand bad weather and completely agree on keeping staff safe. However, offering a rescheduled appointment that is 6 weeks away and not trying to work your patients in is ridiculous. The receptionist who rescheduled me wouldn’t even try to find me something sooner than a month out and when I pointed out that she was contradicting herself indicating that February wasn’t fully booked and then telling me it was she just told me I could take the appointment she offered or not.
