I had a medical emergency on a Friday after hours. Marc came to the ER and performed medical treatment that he felt could not have waited until the following Monday. He stayed until I was admitted and checked up with me before leaving the hospital in the middle of the night. When you see Marc he listens, answers questions and goes above and beyond. Being overweight I feel self conscious but seeing Marc he is very kind and I feel at ease. Also I had a old Lap band, no physicians had been able to access/adjust the port and fluid in a long time he was able to on the first try.
