While I have long understood, intellectually, that suffering and joy are together, forever, in recent years I found myself more and more consumed by thoughts of suffering, less able to walk peacefully in the mud, less able to process and heal strong emotions.I came to therapy to work on that. I knew I could not do that work alone. I needed a teacher.Margarita is a gifted, curious, student of the mind, the brain, and all that makes us human. She is a guide who is herself searching. She is a healer who understands and lives with humility. She is the teacher I was looking for.
